Kimberley A Familiar Family at Cypress Point Park
This maternity session was such a special one. I photographed this beautiful family during their last pregnancy, and it was such an honor to capture this next chapter of their journey as they prepare to welcome another little one. They chose Cypress Point Park in Tampa — the same location we used during their last maternity session — and it felt both nostalgic and full of new memories waiting to be made.
Recreating a Favorite Photo
One of the most meaningful parts of this session was reenacting a photo we took last time. Seeing how their family has grown since then made the moment extra sweet. Their children have blossomed into such bright, full-of-personality little humans, and watching them step confidently into their new roles as big sister and big brother-to-be was pure joy.
A Family Overflowing with Love
What stands out most about this family is their love. Mom is such a sweet, soft spoken, and genuine soul. And dad — the way he looks at her, the way he holds her — it’s so clear how deeply he cares for her and their children. Photographing those little gestures, the ones that speak volumes about love and support, is what makes sessions like this so powerful.
Looking Forward to What’s Next
I’m beyond excited to meet their newest addition and document the first moments of their life as a family of five. It’s an honor when families return to me to capture their milestones, and I can’t wait to continue telling their story.
